MC IT: COVID-19 UPDATED


Dear Valued Clients & Partners,


As many of you have seen, Governor Wolf ordered all non-essential businesses to close. We realize this may affect some of our clients. However, as our clients know, when your doors close and the lights go off at the end of each business day, our team at MC IT continues to monitor and ensure your business network security. We remain open and will continue to provide you the proactive IT support we partnered together for. IT never sleeps.


Do know, we take the health and safety of our employees and the 1,200+ users we support very seriously. Therefore, in order to do our part in helping to accelerate the containment of the COVID-19 outbreak, we are transitioning to a remote only operation until further notice, UNLESS an emergency, which we will determine. We are also eliminating all in-person meetings and encouraging scheduled conference calls with our clients and partners.


Our local Help Desk team is available for support issues for those businesses that do remain open. As mentioned, we continue to run our monitoring and management software as well as the continued scans for threats across all of our accounts.
