Dear Valued Clients & Partners,
As many of you have seen, on Thursday, March 19, Governor Wolf issued an order that all "Non-Life Sustaining Businesses" in the state must shut down to slow the spread of COVID-19. Per that guidance, many businesses have been ordered to close their physical locations until further notice, although the order "does not apply to virtual or telework operations (e.g., work from home), so long as social distancing and other mitigation measures are followed in such operations." Fortunately, many of our clients are able to work and access their data remotely. With that said, our category has been identified as one able to remain OPEN and OPERATIONAL per the enclosed list released by Governor Tom Wolf's Office referenced below; "Professional Services- Technical Services" (Full Here):

A previously mentioned, our clients know, when your doors close and the lights go off at the end of each business day, our team at MC IT continues to monitor and ensure your business network security. We will remain open and will continue to provide you the proactive IT support monitoring we partnered together for. IT never sleeps.
Do know, we take the health and safety of our employees and the 1,200+ users we support very seriously. Therefore, in order to continue to do our part in helping to accelerate the containment of the COVID-19 outbreak, we will continue an aggressive remote only operation until further notice, UNLESS an emergency, which we will determine. We are also eliminating all in-person meetings and encouraging scheduled conference calls with our clients and partners.
Our local Help Desk team is available for support issues for those working remotely. As mentioned, we continue to run our monitoring and management software as well as the continued scans for threats across all of our accounts.
If you are in need of Tech Support, as usual, please email our Help Desk at: Support@MCLVIT.com
As always, our decisions are made with our clients’ and employees' health and safety at the forefront. This is an ever-evolving situation and we will continue to issue updates as they unfold.
Sincerely,
Christopher Morganelli
