Mark Kuester, a Lehigh Valley native, is the recently retired Vice President of Business Technology at Pfizer, Inc. where he led a large global organization responsible for Information Technology and Automation across Pfizer's entire global manufacturing and distribution network. During his 28 year career with Pfizer, Mark held positions of increasing responsibility in Pharmaceutical and Consumer Product Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, Transportation, ERP, Manufacturing and Information Technology. Mark served as a part time adjunct college professor of Microeconomics. Mark holds a B.S. degree from Susquehanna University and an MBA from Lehigh University. Mark also successfully completed an Executive Leadership program at Harvard University.

As a member of the Forbes Agency Council, and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women’s Program, , Ms. Plyler has extensive knowledge in crisis communication and planning, especially for high-tech firms specializing in cybersecurity.
Ms. Plyler worked in the Pentagon for the Department of Defense (DoD) specializing in the Department of the Navy's Chief Information Office (DONCIO). She was responsible in marketing and promoting advances in military technology. Her duties included developing supporting materials for each of the DONCIO 13 military technology programs.
Ms. Plyler gained her international outreach and connections while serving in the Navy during the Persian Gulf war.
